and Creative Earthians
LITERARY JOURNALS
Welcome to the Literary Journals of OECG—where community expression takes form through anthologies, collaborative books, and cause-driven collections.
Our Literary Journals are:
- a) Reflective: Woven deeply with personal experiences and shared emotional resilience.
- b) Restorative: Built as spaces for creative healing, radical empathy, and intergenerational connection.
- c) Responsive: A powerful, real-time documentation of our times, our crises, and our people.
We express this across four distinct publication formats—ranging from solo voices woven tight to massive collective symphonies. Whether closed legacy volumes or active monograph spaces, every page is a witness to the living world.
Who Is This For?
The journals are for you if:
- You feel a deep, consistent calling to write, create, and collaborate with others.
- You believe art can actively witness and respond to the complex world we live in.
- You want to document personal and planetary turning points in creative ways with a global community.
THE JOURNEY
Our Earthians Community Group (OECG)
The Literary Journals find their pathways through Our Earthians Community Group (OECG), our international eco-literary book community. Rooted in the spirit of shared resilience, OECG is made up of Planeteers—perspective voices, ecological imaginations, expressive artwork, deep poetry, responsive essays, and intergenerational storytelling. It is the creative conscience of humanity traveling through collaborative anthologies moving across landscapes, borders, and eras.
The Beginning
Began almost at the start of our first three duo chapbooks and three major anthology publications, OECG first stepped out as a humble creative kinship born to honor adversity and give a healing home to the wild voices growing out of world crises.
The Evolution
Grew into a global, structured, and themed book community of passionate writers, artists, and visionaries, systematically building distinct project directions, multiple pathways, and thematic bookshelves from Beacons to Tapestries.
The Cause
Stabilized fully as an international, cross-generational, and very creative publication space—OECG quite naturally aligned with planetary ethics and records not just what happens in our world, but how we as Earthians felt while it happened.
The OECG World In Action
Revealing The Wild
Duo collaborations woven into shape by creative community authors, these in-sync duets act as foundational paths that ignite collective inspiration across the Lamps and Beacons bookshelves.
Lighthouses In Storms
Preserved as our monumental Legacy Books on the Plants bookshelf, these massive standalone polygraph anthologies house over 100+ contributors, capturing our earliest collaborative experiments born from global adversity.
The Greenhouse Journal
Resting gracefully on the Greenhouses bookshelf, this community trilogy anthology journal brings together over 150+ voices to explore trauma, emotional evolution, and deep intergenerational healing through longform collections.
Things That Matter
Housed upon the Tapestries bookshelf, this exciting ongoing monograph journal acts as a global witness, providing an urgent, responsive space to confront injustice, beauty, destruction, and spiritual reconstruction.
“To witness moments in a literary journal is to honor a world we see as it is.
Together, we can preserve not just what happened,
but how we felt while it happened.”
