CREATIVE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS & ACCOUNTABILITY POLICY

Welcome to my creative home. As a writer, artist, publisher, and innovative strategist, my work is a direct extension of my voice, personal experiences, expressive vision, and deep soul. This page serves as a public, legally binding notice of copyright, trademark, and intellectual property protection governing all original creations, business blueprints, and brand identities associated with my name, my imprints, and my digital ecosystems.

1. THE SCOPE OF MY PROTECTED CREATIVE WORKS

This policy applies to all original content, frameworks, and assets created, curated, or developed by me, across all mediums, historical eras, and platforms. This protection explicitly covers:
  • Personal & Professional Identity: All works, concepts, structures, and expressions created under my name (Reena Doss) and the imprint Ink Gladiators Press. My absolute, verified identity as the owner and sole source of these creations is anchored professionally at my Official LinkedIn Profile (linkedin.com).
  • Written Works: My books, manuscripts, essays, poetry, articles, captions, storytelling, blog posts, newsletters, and proprietary creative concepts.
  • Visual Art & Design: Paintings, illustrations, digital artwork, photography, graphics, brand aesthetics, book cover layouts, and video content.
  • Proprietary Business Assets: My publishing blueprints, operational frameworks, marketing methodologies, strategic plans, and the unique ways in which I run, manage, and scale Ink Gladiators Press.
  • Conversational & Relational Ideation: All proprietary ideas, unexecuted concepts, business plans, structural frameworks, and creative blueprints shared during private, professional, or personal conversations, messaging, or collaborative sessions. Let it be known that a change in personal dynamics, an interpersonal falling out, or intentional social distancing does not nullify my ownership of these concepts, nor does it grant permission to misappropriate them. Any assumption that a lapse in a relationship creates an open season to clone my ideas, adopt my strategies, or claim my concepts as your own original work is an explicit violation of this policy.
  • Historical Digital Footprint: All original content posted under my name, brand names, or digital handles across the entirety of my internet presence—including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Substack, websites, blogs, and forums—spanning from the very inception of my online activity to the present day and into the future.
  • Educational Materials: Workshop designs, prompts, creative exercises, mentorship materials, and curriculum guides.

2. THE IDENTITY TREE (SUBSTACK) & VERIFICATION LEDGER

The digital platform The Identity Tree on Substack (substack.com) serves as the primary anchor, ledger, and verification hub for my creative universe.
  • Exclusive Ownership: Any and all monikers, personas, character concepts, narratives, thematic systems, structural methodologies, or multi-media installations created or explored under this hub belong exclusively to me.
  • The Master Verification Ledger: My digital ecosystem is formally mapped and verified via my dedicated platform architecture article published on The Identity Tree. This living public record explicitly catalogues, verifies, and claims all of my public, professional, and private social spaces.
  • Retroactive & Retired Asset Protection: The aforementioned verification ledger explicitly includes, blankets, and protects all of my historical online footprints, active platforms, confidential private channels, and retired or soon-to-be retired digital spaces.
  • Enforcement Standard: Any identity, persona, character, moniker, or creative asset born from, documented within, or catalogued on The Identity Tree ledger is fully protected. No external party is authorized to utilize, replicate, re-stage, or claim ownership over any asset listed there, past or present.

3. ACTIONS CONSTITUTING CREATIVE THEFT & MARKET MANIPULATION

Unless authorized by an explicit, signed licensing agreement or written permission executed by me, the following actions constitute a direct violation of my intellectual property rights and business operations:
  • Visual Plagiarism: Downloading, screenshotting, or copying my artwork, graphics, cover designs, or brand aesthetics to use for personal or commercial projects, merchandise, or promotional materials.
  • Text Theft & Reframing: Copying my written prose, poetry, or captions—or subtly rephrasing, translating, or adapting them—and presenting them as your own original reflections or assets.
  • Prohibition of Derivative Adaptations: My creative works, systems, character universes, stories, and designs cannot be adapted, transformed, translated, serialized, or remade into any alternative medium or format without my direct, prior written permission. This includes, but is not limited to, turning my text into scripts, audio adaptations, merchandise, artistic renditions, or sequels. Unauthorized derivative works constitute direct copyright infringement.
  • Misappropriation of Source & Raw Files: The provision of raw files, design layers, source codes, templates, manuscript drafts, or editing project assets to individuals or clients—specifically for the limited purpose of making minor administrative or personal adjustments to their individual books—does not under any circumstances constitute a transfer of copyright or intellectual property rights. Temporary custody of raw files for personal modification does not grant a license for broader commercial deployment, derivative work creation, exploitation, or subsequent independent creative use of those foundational files.
  • AI Scraping, Training, & Generation: Utilizing any of my text, images, art, business blueprints, or digital footprints to train, feed, fine-tune, or generate content using Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, large language models (LLMs), or machine learning software without explicit, written licensing agreements.
  • Uncredited Distribution: Sharing my work on social media platforms or external websites without prominent, immediate, and correct tagging, linking, and attribution to my original profile and platform.
  • Corporate & Operational Copying: Replicating the unique operational blueprints, proprietary program structures, or publishing frameworks of Ink Gladiators Press for competitive or commercial purposes.
  • Anticompetitive & Digital Malice: If you are a press, publisher, or entity trying to compete, any deployment of automated bots, coordinated shadowbanning efforts against my pages, smear campaigns, intentional weaponisation of platform algorithms to suppress my visibility, or organized cancellation attempts on social media is strictly illegal. Such malicious actions constitute tortious interference, digital harassment, and unfair competition, rendering your entity fully liable under federal, international, and civil justice authority systems.

4. THE BOUNDARY: INSPIRATION VS. COPYING

Creative community thrives on mutual inspiration. However, there is a strict legal and ethical boundary between being inspired by work and duplicating it:
  • True Inspiration: Engaging with my art, writing, creativity, or publishing models, and allowing it to spark your own unique ideas, while creating your own independent work in your own distinct voice, style, and structure. An immediate copy of what I do with paraphrasing or reframing is not inspiration.
  • Unlawful Copying: Emulating my exact composition, borrowing my distinct written phrasing, duplicating my creative layout, or copying my business strategies—including feeding my original shared ideas, art, or words into AI tools to generate slightly altered variations—and presenting the result to the public as your own work or without acknowledgement.
  • The Rule: Unless I have granted you explicit, prior written permission to use, adapt, or license my creative or operational works, you are not authorized to reproduce, reframe, or commercially exploit them.

5. DIGITAL SURVEILLANCE & TECHNOLOGICAL INVASIONS

My creative process and business operations require complete privacy, safety, and security. Any unauthorized access to my private digital environments or data streams constitutes a severe breach of both property law, civil torts, and criminal privacy statutes:
  • Unauthorized Interception: Any use of spyware, tracking applications, malicious software, keystroke loggers, or unauthorized device-mirroring to monitor my phone, laptop, cloud storage, or private communication channels.
  • Theft of Unreleased Assets: Accessing, viewing, copying, or extracting drafts, raw audio/video files, private business plans, launch strategies, notes, sketches, or conceptual documents stored on my personal devices, local drives, or secure servers without my explicit consent.
  • Surveillance for Prototyping (Front-Running): Utilizing intercepted private ideas, creative brainstorming sessions, or internal business plans to front-run my releases, reframe my unreleased projects, or replicate my creative concepts before they are shared publicly.

6. THE CALL FOR MANDATORY ACCOUNTABILITY

When creative intellectual property or business blueprints are taken without permission, it directly harms the livelihood, economic viability, and spirit of the creator. I demand immediate, mandatory accountability from any individual, brand, or entity found utilizing my work or identities without authorization:
  • Public Correction & Credit: Immediate, highly visible, and permanent attribution to me as the original artist/writer/creator across all platforms, digital feeds, websites, or print runs where the violation occurred, accompanied by links back to the original source.
  • Financial Restitution: Retroactive licensing fees, royalty percentages, or total disgorgement of any profits generated while using my work, brand identity, or proprietary operational frameworks without permission.
  • The Power of Intentional Amends: You have the choice to decide how to propose making amends before you write to me. Reflect on the scope of what was taken, and act fairly as per your conscience—for that choice will be your future reward from life itself. Bring an honest, actionable path for repair that aligns with the correction and restitution outlined above when you reach out. I will review every honest proposal in good faith to determine if it meets the threshold for true, equitable repair.

7. NOTICE OF RECTIFICATION & REPORTING PROCEDURES

I believe in a creative world built on integrity, learning, and restoration. I recognize that in fast-paced digital spaces, oversights, misattributions, and administrative errors happen.
This notice serves as an official public warning. If you have previously or inadvertently copied my ideas, used my writing or art without credit, shared my content inappropriately, or crossed privacy boundaries to access my ideas or plans, you are now on formal notice to step into alignment.
  • The Path to Accountability: You are requested to contact me directly at contact [at] inkgladiatorspress.com to openly correct the error, apply proper public attribution, and arrange for fair compensation at your capacity where applicable.
  • Community Infringement Reports: If you or a member of the community detects a violation of this policy anywhere on the internet or in print, please report it immediately to contact [at] inkgladiatorspress.com with the subject line “IP VIOLATION REPORT”—please include links, archive urls, and screenshots so my team can act instantly.
  • The Evidentiary Ledger: All incoming community infringement reports, platform alerts, and public discovery records are formally logged, timestamped, and archived. This data is preserved as direct, binding evidence within our Master Legal Framework to verify timelines of theft, document willful infringement, and establish liability in any subsequent enforcement actions handled under Section 8.
  • The Boundary of Grace: If you choose not to come forward proactively, please understand that when legal enforcement, official discovery, or formal actions naturally catch up to your violations, there is nothing I can do to intervene or claim that you sought private repair or publicly credited me. Grace requires active, honest participation before exposure.
  • A Note for My Community: If you see someone struggling with how to handle my work with integrity, you are openly invited to share this page with them and say: “Look, the policy is right on the main menu. There is a path for grace, but you need to go make this right.”
  • My Promise: Parties who step forward to rectify their past mistakes in good faith will be forgiven, handled amicably, and will be directly supported by me in any original creative path they take later. Failure to do so prior to discovery by myself, my community, or official teams will result in immediate enforcement. This includes DMCA takedown actions, public copyright flagging, platform-level legal complaints, and direct legal liability under civil, intellectual property, and technological protection laws. For those who choose otherwise, I trust that accountability and justice will naturally catch up—whether highlighted by the creative community, handled by emerging digital protections, or simply unfolded by life itself.

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This policy, its boundaries, and any disputes, claims, or enforcement actions arising from the unauthorized exploitation of my digital ecosystem, publishing blueprints, or creative assets shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where my enterprise is legally registered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal actions or proceedings brought to enforce this policy shall be handled exclusively by the appropriate civil, digital, or technological justice authority systems chosen by my legal team.

A Note on Our Shared Humanity
Whether a creator or business is widely known or just starting out, honoring original creation is a standard that protects us all. We recognize that in competitive spaces, it is easy to lose your way. But true success never comes from hiding behind someone else’s work or ideas. It is always okay to start again, to step into the light, and to discover the power of your own authentic voice.

Every piece of art, word, or shared idea with the community here is an extension of my heart ink, personal dreams, and life experience. This space stands firmly in creative protection against digital theft, plagiarizing, and AI manipulation, while always leaving the door wide open for grace, accountability, and mutual respect. All art, words, and my creative ideas are protected by my IP & Accountability Policy.
