Our Philosophy
Behind every work is a person who dared to create. We honour that courage with appreciation. Our motto is simple: Creative respect—first and foremost.
Feedforward is more powerful than feedback. After honouring what has been, we focus entirely on what may grow.
We hold deep respect for heart-language, for creatives who volunteer their time, and for those who show up with kindness. An IRG appreciates creative work from the heart and responds with authenticity through words, art, or creative interpretation.
To quote Thumper’s father from the 1942 Disney film Bambi:
“If you can’t say something nice, don’t say nothing at all.”
At IGP, we agree. Either you appreciate, or you offer feedforward.
