OECG History
Evolving Through The Years
Our Earthians Community Group (OECG) is a global creative kinship rooted in shared adversity, radical empathy, and expressive freedom. OECG began almost at the start of our first publication, which is why it is quite uniquely devoted to being an international book community. It exists to hold space for voices from every generation—from children to elders—who wish to respond to life through art, poetry, reflection, and collaborative storytelling.
Book Project Directions
A full archive of creative projects, restructured under bookshelves for browsing, participating, and growth. They are: Plants, Greenhouses, Orchids, Lamps, Beacons, and Tapestries. Part of OECG, a few hardcovers can also be found at the Snapdragons bookshelf.
A. Lighthouses In Storms — A Polygraph Journal
This is a community standalone anthology collaborative Journal that houses over 100+ contributors (View Journal).
These standalone anthologies have been closed, but they are deeply cherished under the Plants Bookshelf as publications housed under the Lighthouses In Storms Journal. These books reflect our earliest collaborative experiments during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond, now preserved as our Legacy Books:

B. The Greenhouse Journal — The Trilogy Anthology Journal
This is a community trilogy anthology collaborative Journal that houses over 150+ contributors (View Journal).
While this trilogy anthology journey is phasing out fully at the end of 2026, these longform collections explore trauma, healing, emotional evolution, and intergenerational stories, placed lovingly on the Greenhouses Bookshelf. They are publications housed at The Greenhouse Journal:

C. Things That Matter — A Monograph Journal
Tapestries is one of OECG’s most exciting, creative, and ongoing initiatives—a tapestry of voices speaking to the world (View Journal).
More than a publishing series, Things That Matter acts as a global witness and is housed under the Tapestries Bookshelf. It gives room to respond to injustice, beauty, destruction, and reconstruction through poetry, reflection, visual storytelling, and essays from the perspective of voices that reside in our soul:

D. Revealing The Wild — A Duograph Journal
Duo collaborations woven into shape by authors from creative communities, these unique, in-sync duets are set to ignite other duo collaborators and are housed under the Lamps & Beacons Bookshelves (View Journal).
The first Lamps and their color editions under Beacons were our earliest collaborations that built the foundational path forward for other publications. We will soon be inviting communities to encourage creatives to submit their duo collaborations in the future at The Prism Forum on IGP SHIP.

E. Solo Journeys
These short or long-form works found their home with us as either self-published independently, collaborated, or published directly under IGP (View Collection).

This sparked the start of A Hand To Hold—our dedicated solo book journey with individual authors:

F. Mental Health Group Threading
OECG was instrumental in supporting our first mental health group collaboration book with Translations of Hope (TOH) Hope Dealer Advocates, just before we moved it under the IGP SHIP Community (View Zines).
Written by seven authors and one silent eighth, Magical Jar by Translations Of Hope’s Team and the first integrated members of the IGP Community is housed under the Golden Hours Bookshelf and stands as a point of reference.
IGP called it “The First Golden Hour” because it was this project that brought our focus toward creating a more steady foundation for others during the compilation, curation, and creativity that began to form with several mental health awareness efforts within the community.
This led us to create mental health multilingual zines called The Lanterns which are now placed on the Lanterns Bookshelf (separate from the Golden Hours bookshelf). Under TOH’s community-driven, cause-oriented, and mental health storytelling initiative to bring hope, awareness, and support to World Mental Health Day (WMHD), we discovered that letting Lanterns find their way into the world is something quite extraordinary.
