Voyage Terms and Conditions
Professional Engagement, Proven Trust, and High-Quality Standards
You must submit your initial request strictly during our official, unannounced capacity windows throughout the year. Remember, stargazing is an experience that only happens if you are actively keeping a watch on the night sky—stay vigilant for our open window announcements. Requests received before or after these specific intake windows will be considered void, and you will be required to resend your application during our next official intake announcement.
To acquire a Voyage, you must email us with your name and a link to an example of your public work on a social media platform. You must have at least a year’s worth of active exposure on a platform for us to evaluate your range, talents, and style, as this helps us guide you to bring out your best work. To secure final approval, you will also be required to answer three questions.
If a submitted manuscript does not meet our requested criteria or does not align with what we stand for, our acceptance will be kindly, but firmly, withdrawn. No reason will be given, unless we see clear room for improvement. We reserve the absolute right to decide what types of books we want to work on. You are permitted to submit all three manuscripts at the exact same time.
If an acceptance is withdrawn, a grace period of one (1) month will be issued to resubmit an alternate manuscript, provided it falls entirely within your active Voyage period. If you submit a manuscript on the 364th day or during the final month of your term and it is rejected, no grace period will be issued. Always keep a buffer of two months in advance.
A Voyage is valid from the exact day you purchase it until the 365th day. For example, if you purchase a Voyage on 3 January 2027, it will expire on 2 January 2028.
Some books may be ready for launch within the same calendar year, while others will be published in the following calendar year, or the next. We will work with each author individually to determine when a manuscript is truly ready.
If you apply for a new Voyage in the following year and our previous experience working with you was not aligned with who we are, your renewal request will be declined. If we loved working with you, we will happily send you a formal confirmation email with your new payment details.
If you have solo-authored any book at IGP and we have expressed a clear desire to partner with you again, you are welcome to email us to request a Voyage renewal. Holding prior authorship does not entitle you to an automatic renewal.
If there is a consistent lack of respect for our time, deadlines, or other critical project requirements, we are under no obligation to continue working on your project. We work intentionally by the hour, and paying for a token Voyage does not mean you are entitled to our time, expertise, or service. Remember, every book under this Voyage is fully sponsored by us for you. Work seamlessly with us so we can execute our absolute best work together.
Secure your approved Stargazing Voyage during our active capacity windows throughout the year, and then take your time preparing your manuscripts for submission.
