We are a bold, diverse, and independent team who write honest, soul-led, critical reviews of books, films, and other forms of media—like music, performances, or innovations. Our mission is to support creators by reviewing their work with heart, clarity, and absolute integrity.
We welcome Books (indie, self-published, or traditional), Films (indie shorts, mainstream, or documentaries), Music (songs, albums, or instrumentals), and more. We gravitate toward storytelling with emotional depth, meaningful themes, and inspiring feedforward curves.
No. We review all submissions with deep care, but we are not obligated to review every work submitted. Furthermore, paying the IRG Pass fee grants promotional licensing rights only to the purchasing person or organization; it never guarantees a review that fits what you want, but rather what we experience.
It is a simple, one-time lifetime membership fee. The cost is $8 USD for international creators (which you convert to your local currency) or a specialized local fee of ₹500 INR strictly for Indians. It grants authors, artists, presses, reviewing teams, and other organizations permanent legal, moral, and ethical permission to quote, excerpt, and feature our official reviews in book blurbs, promo graphics, or query letters.
No, we will not police you. This space operates on a system of mutual accountability, creative support, and trust. While you are free to share the published article link, you are not permitted to use any text unless the fee is paid. This makes you legally, morally, and ethically liable if you use our reviews for promotions without written permission or verifiable proof of purchase, should the need to pursue justice arise.
In the same way, we ourselves will respect what a writer, artist, and creative does by only referring to your work by its name, the book cover, a quote or excerpt, or linking your post, website, or social media platform.
Note: All reviews written prior to August 2026 by Reena Doss (or IGP) for writers, artists, and creatives are completely exempt from these terms.
Absolutely! Anyone who loves sharing honest reflections can join. No professional review experience is required. Submissions should be between 50 to 1,000 words, remain respectful, and be submitted through the form, and not emailed directly to us. They do not need to be new, and can already exist on a publicly accessible platform. You must also understand that while we will never change your meaning, intention, and tone, we will edit your work as per our high standards of quality for our readers.
Yes. You retain full copyright. By submitting your reviews via our form, you grant IGP shared rights to feature your text publicly on our platforms with full credit, and you consent to let readers, authors, and organizations quote your published review.
No. Any revenue generated from the IRG Pass goes strictly toward the continued maintenance of this digital space. Furthermore, IRG review spaces are completely non-monetised. In fact, reviews by authors, readers, or Ink Gladiators who read any of our owned books or supported our authors while they were preparing for launches are directly featured by us at IGP SHIP.
