Small collections that carry light into classrooms, communities, and quiet personal spaces.
Lanterns are small collections of creative works—poetry, letters, reflections, art, and stories—offered in multiple languages. Each one carries a message of hope, imagination and candles burning to support those struggling in the dark.
They began with Translations Of Hope (TOH), which aimed to connect people through language, creativity, and compassion. Over time, this vision grew into a multilingual community zine under IGP.
Because each booklet is created to shine a gentle, steady light—guiding, comforting, and connecting people who may be walking through dark or quiet moments.
Each Lantern is created through invited collaboration. Contributors offer 1–8 pieces in English, which are then translated into other languages to honor the global spirit of the series.
Lanterns are multilingual to honor TOH’s beginnings—connecting people across languages, borders, and experiences. Each translation reminds us that connection, understanding, and hope are universal.
All translations are done carefully to preserve tone, intent, and emotion, using professional, native, or reliable digital support as needed. Accuracy matters, but the heart of each piece comes first.
Lanterns are by personal invitation only. Contributors are selected for their alignment with the theme, voice, and intention of the project.
You’ll receive an email with your submitted piece(s), along with light editorial guidance if needed, for a final review. If we don’t hear back within two weeks, we’ll assume you’ve given your consent unless you’ve told us otherwise.
Contributors retain full copyright of their individual works and may republish them elsewhere, outside of the ISBN edition released by IGP.

nly a small number—usually 1–8—are released per season. There’s no fixed schedule; we publish when our hearts lead, keeping the process intentional, sustainable, and joyful.
Yes. Lanterns will continue, not on a fixed schedule, but during seasons when there is a genuine need to plant new creative seeds into the world.
The Lanterns are one expression of TOH’s mission, but not the only one—we intend to expand into additional shelves that carry the same heart, light, and global spirit.
Each future Lantern will arrive with purpose, timing, and care, reflecting moments they are meant to serve.
Lanterns follow a community-centered ethic that uplifts individuals, especially the isolated, bullied, or vulnerable. Digital and print editions are kept low-cost, and any earnings go to design, editing, and formatting. Lanterns preserve voices, build connection, and honor creativity. They don’t speak directly about mental health, but encourage hope, inner-child magic, and gentle support.
Lanterns may appear in exhibitions, readings, or community installations—always handled with integrity, credit, and respect.
Yes. Lanterns may be shared for awareness, healing, and educational purposes, as long as credit is given and the work is not altered or sold.
Together, Lanterns form a constellation of paper lights—simple, steady reminders that creativity can guide us through the dark.
